# Mobile app and notifications

> Download the EXTRACTOS EUM® app (iOS and Android/APK) and control your notifications (push, email, and in-app bell) to stay informed about payments, shipments, and when your COA is ready.

> and the **bell** inside the app.

## Downloading the app

* **iOS:** from the **App Store**.
* **Android:** direct-download **APK** (and in-app updates).

The links are in the **EUM Portal → Integrations** (iOS App · Android App). The app is the same experience
as the web, optimized for your phone.

## Notifications

We notify you about what matters: **payment received**, **shipment/tracking**, **your COA is ready**, **support**
replies, and account updates. The channels:

* **Push** (notification on your phone).
* **Email.**
* **In-app bell** (notification center inside the app).

## Controlling your preferences

In your account you can adjust **which notifications** you want to receive and through **which channel**. Each notification takes
you directly to the corresponding screen (your order, your COA, your ticket).
