# How to buy at EUM

> Buy EXTRACTOS EUM® products: retail vs wholesale (B2B), how the cart and checkout work, why a postal code may be blocked, and minimum quantity rules.

> Buying at EUM is like any online store, with a couple of product-specific rules: there are **retail** and
> **wholesale (B2B)** prices, and some zones or quantities have restrictions. Here's how it works.

## Retail vs wholesale (B2B)

* **Retail:** anyone buys at list price.
* **Wholesale (B2B):** volume pricing for businesses with a verified B2B account. Some presentations
  (e.g., **Granel**/bulk) are **B2B-exclusive** and do not appear for retail. To get access, activate your B2B
  account ([Your account and identity](cuenta.md)).

## Cart and checkout

You add products to the cart and pay at the **secure checkout**. You'll see the estimated shipping based on your
**postal code** (ETA by ZIP) before you pay. Payment methods and what happens if you don't pay on time: see

## Why a postal code may be blocked

For safety, certain **postal codes in risk zones** may have checkout temporarily restricted. If your postal code
is blocked, the system tells you; you can try another delivery address or
[contact support](soporte.md). It is a protective measure, not an error.

## Quantity rules

Some products —especially in **wholesale**— have a **minimum quantity, multiples, or maximum** per order, and
B2B orders may require a **minimum amount**. Checkout warns you if a rule is not met.

## After you buy

Track your order in [My orders and tracking](mis-ordenes.md). If you bought a physical product, you'll be able to
[verify it](verificar-producto.md) with its QR/CVV when you receive it.
