# Your account and identity

> Sign in to EXTRACTOS EUM® without a password (OTP code or magic link), protect your account with 2FA/passkey, and what identity verification is (KYC with INE and liveness check).

> EUM uses **passwordless sign-in**: you sign in with a code or a magic link. You can strengthen your account with
> a second factor, and for certain products/roles you'll be asked to **verify your identity**.

## Signing in (passwordless)

* **OTP code:** we send you a one-time code to your email/WhatsApp; you enter it and you're in.
* **Magic link:** a direct sign-in link to your email.

There's no password to remember or to leak.

## Protect your account (2FA)

In **Security** you can enable:

* **Authenticator (TOTP)** — codes from an app like Google/Microsoft Authenticator.
* **Passkey (WebAuthn)** — device fingerprint/face/PIN.

For sensitive actions the system may ask for a **re-confirmation** (step-up), even if you're already signed
in.

## Identity verification (KYC)

Some products and **B2B** access require you to **verify your identity**: you upload your **INE** (front/back)
and do a **liveness check** (selfie). The process is guided and secure. It's the same one used when
[activating a B2B / Collective account](../vende-en-tu-shopify.md).

## B2B account (businesses)

If you're going to buy at wholesale, in addition to KYC you'll be asked for your **Constancia de Situación Fiscal (CSF)** (Tax Status Certificate). See
