# Payment methods

> Ways to pay on EXTRACTOS EUM® (SPEI transfer, card, and more) and what happens with a pending payment: reminders and automatic cancellation at 72 hours that releases the inventory.

## Payment methods

The store offers the methods enabled in your region, which may include **SPEI transfer**, **card**,
and other means. Checkout shows you the available ones and the instructions for each.

> A **SPEI** transfer is confirmed once the payment clears; it is not instant like a card.

## Pending payments: the 72-hour window

If your payment is not immediate (transfer or another deferred method), the order stays **pending** and:

* You have a **grace window** to complete it.
* We send you **reminders** in the meantime.
* If it is not paid within **72 hours**, the order is **automatically canceled** and the inventory is released for
  other buyers.

This way we prevent a product from being "held" indefinitely. If you need more time, place the order
again or [contact us](soporte.md).

## Paid but it's not showing up?

Open a [support ticket](soporte.md) with your proof of payment (reference number/amount/date) and the order number.
