# Cartridge / container

## ⚠️ Language rule (mandatory, legal)

* The **complete vaporizer/device** is NOT legal to manufacture or distribute. The **cartridge/container**
  IS legal to use and sell.
* Therefore, in ALL communication (label, store, docs, Ara): **❌ never "vape", "vaper",
  "vaporizer", nor any allusion to inhaling/smoking/vaping**; **✅ describe it as an extract "cartridge/container"**,
  without suggesting a mode of use. (See rule F.2 of the docs plan.)

## 1. Classification

* Product operated as a **nicotine-free, non-psychoactive system/container**, with CBD.
  the applicable SCIAN category/code and the documented COFEPRIS criterion.\*

## 2. Procedure / regulatory basis

* Operates under a recognized **favorable COFEPRIS criterion** (no active amparo per SKU)..
  criterion and its scope with legal.\*
* Framework ≤1% THC: Art. 245 sect. V LGS.

## 3. Labeling

* Content data (extract, cannabinoids, batch) + traceability. **No inhalation language.**

## 4. What the EUM system RESOLVES

* **Language** → reinforce the "vape/inhale" pattern in the `prohibitedClaims` guardrail (compliance
  verification that integrates over Label Studio).
