Mobile app and notifications - EXTRACTOS EUM®

You have the EUM app for iOS and Android, and you control how you want us to notify you: push, email, and the bell inside the app.

Downloading the app

iOS: from the App Store.
Android: direct-download APK (and in-app updates).

The links are in the EUM Portal → Integrations (iOS App · Android App). The app is the same experience as the web, optimized for your phone.

Notifications

We notify you about what matters: payment received, shipment/tracking, your COA is ready, support replies, and account updates. The channels:

Push (notification on your phone).
Email.
In-app bell (notification center inside the app).

Controlling your preferences

In your account you can adjust which notifications you want to receive and through which channel. Each notification takes you directly to the corresponding screen (your order, your COA, your ticket). Verified against the production system (2026-08-01).
