Buying at EUM is like any online store, with a couple of product-specific rules: there are retail and wholesale (B2B) prices, and some zones or quantities have restrictions. Here’s how it works.

Retail vs wholesale (B2B)

  • Retail: anyone buys at list price.
  • Wholesale (B2B): volume pricing for businesses with a verified B2B account. Some presentations (e.g., Granel/bulk) are B2B-exclusive and do not appear for retail. To get access, activate your B2B account (Your account and identity).

Cart and checkout

You add products to the cart and pay at the secure checkout. You’ll see the estimated shipping based on your postal code (ETA by ZIP) before you pay. Payment methods and what happens if you don’t pay on time: see Payment methods.

Why a postal code may be blocked

For safety, certain postal codes in risk zones may have checkout temporarily restricted. If your postal code is blocked, the system tells you; you can try another delivery address or contact support. It is a protective measure, not an error.

Quantity rules

Some products —especially in wholesale— have a minimum quantity, multiples, or maximum per order, and B2B orders may require a minimum amount. Checkout warns you if a rule is not met.

After you buy

Track your order in My orders and tracking. If you bought a physical product, you’ll be able to verify it with its QR/CVV when you receive it. Verified against the production system (2026-08-01).
