EUM Collective lets you sell the EXTRACTOS EUM® catalog in your own Shopify store: you install the official app, sync products with their Smart COA, and an app block displays the product data (cannabinoids, shipping, COA, pickup) on your product page — automatically. Type: Guide (how-to). Audience: retailers with a Shopify store. Status: verified against the production system (2026-08-01).

Is this for you?

  • Yes if you have a Shopify store and want to sell EXTRACTOS EUM® products (dropship/resale) with their real data and COA.
  • If instead you want to send analysis orders to EUM from your system (lab/store/WordPress) via code, that’s the API & Automation — a different path.

Step 1 — Install the official “EUM Collective” app

Installation starts from the EUM Portal → Integrations → Shopify App (Shopify OAuth). The flow:
  1. You authorize the EUM Collective app in your store (products, inventory, and orders permissions).
  2. Ownership verification: for security, we confirm the store is yours (a code sent to the shop owner’s email in Shopify). This prevents someone from connecting a store that isn’t theirs.
  3. When finished, your store is linked to your EUM Collective account.

Step 2 — Activate your B2B account

To operate, you need a verified B2B account (3-step wizard):
  1. Operating model: Wholesale — you buy in volume with tiered wholesale prices. (Pure dropshipping is operated by EUM Collective and does not require a customer account.)
  2. Identity (KYC): you upload your INE (front/back) + liveness check (selfie). The camera opens in the secure verification flow.
  3. Constancia de Situación Fiscal (CSF) (Tax Status Certificate): you upload your CSF as a PDF (you download it from the SAT); we validate the RFC and name against your INE. A legal entity (Persona Moral) also uploads the Articles of Incorporation (Acta Constitutiva).
Once confirmed, your tier is active and you enter the portal.

Step 3 — Sync the catalog

From the Collective portal, you sync EUM’s products to your store:
  • Product sync: brings in the catalog (with images, variants, and metafields — cannabinoids, COA, ETA, category, pickup). You can track progress via the sync job’s status.
  • Theme sync: prepares your store to display the product data (see step 4).
  • Automatic webhooks: inventory and orders webhooks are registered to keep stock and orders in sync without you having to check manually.
Stock and prices live in EUM and are reflected in your store via sync + webhooks — so you don’t sell something that’s out of stock or with an outdated price.

Step 4 — Display the product data (app block)

The “EUM · Product Data” app block (the EUM · Product Data theme extension) renders on your product page —automatically from the metafields— the cannabinoid profile, the shipping/ETA, the category, the link to the COA (Smart COA), and the in-store pickup info. How to add it (Shopify OS 2.0):
  1. In your Shopify admin: Online Store → Themes → Customize.
  2. Open a Product template.
  3. Add section/block → Apps → “EUM · Product Data”.
  4. Place it wherever you want within the product page and Save.
There are no fields to configure: the block reads the metafields left by the sync. If a product shows no data, it usually means the sync (step 3) needs to be run, or that product doesn’t have a COA/metafields yet. We fulfill and ship your orders from our warehouse. There are two ways your customers see shipping:
  • Real-time rate (recommended): your checkout shows the real rate of our carrier by postal code and weight, calculated by us. It requires your store to have carrier-calculated shipping enabled — which is free if you switch your Shopify to annual billing (Settings → Plan), and it saves you on your subscription too. Once active, we connect shipping automatically; nothing to configure.
  • Simple rate (default): if you don’t enable the above, your store uses a flat rate we leave configured for our products. You can adjust it in your Shopify shipping zones.
Either way, at settlement we charge you the real shipping cost — so make sure what you charge your customer covers it. Your /collective portal shows a prompt guiding you to enable real-time shipping when it applies.

Step 6 — Put YOUR own COA on YOUR product (the differentiator)

If you generate a COA with us for a product of yours (not from the Collective catalog), you can give it the same premium product card you see in our store: cannabinoids, potency profile, composition, and a verified COA badge — all computed automatically. How:
  1. In your /collective portal → My COAs tab.
  2. Link your COA to your SKU.
  3. Done: the card appears on that product. Whenever you update that COA, your product updates itself.
You’ll get an email when you generate a COA, with a preview of how your card will look.
Important — shipping and pickup for YOUR own products: products you link via COA→SKU are yours (we don’t fulfill them), so they use your own shipping and do NOT show “pick up at our CDMX branch”. Pickup at our warehouse (C. Guillermo Prieto 64, CDMX) applies only to EUM Collective products that we sync and fulfill. It’s automatic: your own products’ card shows the COA’s cannabinoids, potency and badges, but no EUM pickup or shipping.

Step 7 — Collecting on orders (wallet)

The portal includes a wallet and payment methods to settle your wholesale orders (top up balance and pay for an order). Orders from your store come in via webhook and are reconciled against your account.

How it connects with the rest of the system

  • The product data shown by the app block comes from the same Smart COA (real per-batch analysis, QR/CVV, public verification).
  • The labeling and the rules by product class are in Compliance & Labeling.
