  • Verify a product — she helps you read the COA and confirm authenticity (verify).
  • Check your orders — payment, shipping, and tracking status.
  • Build your cart — she suggests and prepares products for you to buy.
  • Report an incident — she opens a support ticket for you.
  • Answer questions — shipping, payments, invoicing, products.

Ara does not give medical advice nor promise therapeutic effects: the products are presented as foods/inputs, not as medications (see Compliance). For sensitive business rules (who can buy what, minimums, availability), the decision is made by the system, not the conversation — Ara guides you, but checkout applies the real rules.
