In My orders you see the status of each purchase. A physical product is tracked by its shipping label; an analysis order (sending a sample to the laboratory) has its own flow, because the COA is a digital product.
Physical product orders
Each order shows its payment and shipping status:- Payment: pending / paid.
- Shipping: in preparation → shipped (with tracking number and carrier link) → delivered.
Analysis orders (sample → COA)
If you ordered an analysis of your own sample, there is no package coming to you: what moves forward is your sample at the laboratory. The status goes like this:- Register your sample — you fill in the details and print the shipping sheet (with QR).
- In transit — you send the sample to the laboratory.
- Received — the laboratory logs it in.
- In analysis — it is processed.
- COA available — your Smart COA is ready and verifiable.
