As a seller, you ship your products with labels generated in EUM. You can use your own label or buy one with credit. Every label must be registered — without a registered label the package is not received.
Available carriers
EUM quotes and issues with several carriers: FedEx, Estafeta, J&T, 99minutos, AMPM and Envia.com (multi-carrier). The system quotes all of them and shows you options by price and time.Envia.com is used to quote; the available issuance depends on the origin/destination.
Save money: drop-off at a branch vs. pickup
Taking the package to a branch/drop-off point is much cheaper than requesting home pickup — the difference can be several times the cost. The quoting tool shows you both modes. There are ocurre points and lockers available.Two ways to get the label
- Your own label: you upload the label you generated externally.
- Buy a label with credit: the system re-quotes on the spot, debits your balance (store credit) and issues the label. That balance is the same one you top up by buying credit packs. If issuance fails, it is automatically re-credited to you.
