For a product to have its Smart COA, you need to analyze the batch. Here you order that analysis: you register the sample, send it to the laboratory with its shipping sheet, and follow the progress until the COA is ready and verifiable.
1. Register your sample
You capture the sample’s data:- Description and commercial reference (what it is).
- Declared weight/volume + unit (g, kg, ml, l, or pieces).
- Batch reference.
- Result type: total potency (report %) — typical of raw material/distillate — or profile (cannabinoid profile of the finished product, with the net weight of the presentation).
2. Choose the type of analysis
Depending on what you need: cannabinoids (potency/profile, the most common), microbiological, heavy metals, and other safety panels. You can add several analyses to the same sample.3. Print the shipping sheet
The system generates a sample shipping sheet with a QR that links it to your order. It goes with the sample to the laboratory so they identify it without errors.4. Pay
The charge for the analysis is generated (checkout). Once the payment is confirmed, the sample is ready to be shipped.5. Ship and follow the progress
You send the sample and follow its status in My orders: registered → on its way → received → in analysis → COA available. When the laboratory uploads results and EUM releases them, your Smart COA becomes public and verifiable (QR/CVV), with validity of 657 days from the analysis date.After the COA
- Link it to your product/variant and generate the label (Label anatomy).
- If it’s a raw material, its COA can be linked to the COA of the finished product that uses it (ingredient traceability).
