Your account and identity - EXTRACTOS EUM®

EUM uses passwordless sign-in: you sign in with a code or a magic link. You can strengthen your account with a second factor, and for certain products/roles you’ll be asked to verify your identity.

Signing in (passwordless)

OTP code: we send you a one-time code to your email/WhatsApp; you enter it and you’re in.
Magic link: a direct sign-in link to your email.

There’s no password to remember or to leak.

Protect your account (2FA)

In Security you can enable:

Authenticator (TOTP) — codes from an app like Google/Microsoft Authenticator.
Passkey (WebAuthn) — device fingerprint/face/PIN.

For sensitive actions the system may ask for a re-confirmation (step-up), even if you’re already signed in.

Identity verification (KYC)

Some products and B2B access require you to verify your identity: you upload your INE (front/back) and do a liveness check (selfie). The process is guided and secure. It’s the same one used when activating a B2B / Collective account.

B2B account (businesses)
